BENTON - Three men were arrested Wednesday after an armed robbery in Benton.

Marshall County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the parking lot of a Benton business, and spoke to the victim, who was able to give a description of the suspects and their vehicle. A nearby detective spotted the vehicle based on the description and began pursuing it, and another detective intercepted the vehicle as it reportedly drove through the yard of a home while trying to get away. When the vehicle reached the end of a dead-end street the three people tried to escape on foot.

With the help of other agencies, including K-9 officers, all three men were caught and arrested. Deputies say several firearms, methamphetamine and marijuana were seized as evidence

Deputies took Ethan Harrison, Devin Brown and Dalton Brown to Marshall County Detention Center. They were each charged with Robbery 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (meth), possession of marijuana, and fleeing or evading police 2nd degree. Harrison was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, while Dalton Brown was also charged with wanton endangerment 1st degree.
