MCCRACKEN COUNTY - Traffic was restored on I-24 late Thursday morning after a hazardous materials crew cleaned up spilled herbicide at an accident involving two semis near the Marshall - McCracken county line.

The accident occurred before 1 a.m. near the 17-mile marker. Some barrels were thrown from the truck, and some of the herbicide leaked.
