Community Financial Services Bank (CFSB) recently promoted Senior Vice President/Business Development Officer Jennifer Apple to Chief Client Officer. This was one in a series of promotions that CFSB CEO/Chair Betsy Flynn and Community Financial Services Board of Directors unanimously approved. 

“CFSB has a 20 year growth plan and will remain an independent community bank reinvesting in our community," Flynn said. "The promotions ensure extraordinary client service for the future!  Jennifer is very creative, an exceptional leader and motivator, encouraging all Team members to be the very best they can be!”

Apple, with 35 years of banking experience at CFSB oversees several areas of the bank including marketing, public relations, client services center and business services. She has worked with many different teams within the bank including deposit operations, proof operations, electronic banking, teller, relationship banker, marketing, public relations, business development and has been in management for the last 20 years. 

Jennifer is also very involved in the community. She is a past board chair for the Court Appointed Special Advocates By The Lakes (CASA), a member of the Board of Directors for the Murray Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer for Kentucky Special Olympics, a volunteer for Marshall County’s American Cancer Society Relay for Life, a and a server at  Murray’s Community Kitchen.

Jennifer (Sanders) Apple graduated from Marshall County High School, attended Murray State University and has graduated from several prestigious banking schools, such as the Kentucky Bankers General Banking School at the University of Louisville, the Mid-South School of Banking at the University of Memphis, the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and received an Accredited Banking Professional Certification from The Institute of Extraordinary Banking in 2017. 

Jennifer and her husband Terry live in Calloway County.  They have three children, Lyndsi Hughes, Ashleigh Murdock and Zack Apple.  She enjoys time with her grandchildren, relaxing on the beach and rooting on the Racers!  The Apples attend the First United Methodist Church of Murray.
