Arrest Made in Marshall County Store Robbery

SHARPE, KY - An Alabama man is charged with last month's robbery at a Marshall County store.
According to the Marshall County
Sheriff's Office, a robbery occurred on Jan. 12 at the Dollar General Store
in Sharpe. Through the investigation it was learned that a man was in
custody in Kansas on similar charges who met the description of the
suspect in Marshall County.
Detectives connected the suspect in
Kansas with the robbery in Marshall County. A warrant was obtained
for the arrest of 35-year-old Jacob Perry of Decatur, AL, charging
him with 1st degree robbery.
Because Perry committed acts in various
states, police say he may face federal charges.
