A Benton man was arrested Wednesday after making a bomb threat at the Pella manufacturing plant in Murray.

According to the Kentucky State Police, at around 10:30 Wednesday morning troopers responded to a bomb threat at Pella.

Following their investigation, KSP detectives arrested and charged 24-year-old Jacob V. Scott of Benton with two counts of terroristic threatening.

Troopers say the charges stem from a bomb threat received on Tuesday that they were already investigating and the bomb threat received on Wednesday morning.

Scott was booked into the Calloway County Jail. KSP say they are continuing their investigation.
