According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, a deputy was conducting extra patrol behind Hardees in Draffenville Saturday. When the deputy drove up on a row of cars, he reportedly detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle.
The driver of the car, 23-year-old Stoney Hendrickson, reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana earlier. Hendrickson handed over two bags of marijuana. During a search, the deputy also found a marijuana grinder.
Hendrickson was cited to court for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
