By WestKyStar Staff
BOAZ, KY - A Boaz man needed treatment after a single-vehicle crash Wednesday morning.

Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said deputies responded at 6:55 am to the 2000 block of KY 849 East, and found a truck driven by 25-year-old Levi Black had struck a tree and landed in a creek. Black told them he was traveling west when his vehicle dropped off the shoulder, and he over-corrected and left the eastbound side of the highway.

Black was taken by private vehicle to Lourdes emergency room. The Graves County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by Graves County Emergency Management.
