According to the Livingston County Sheriff's Department, the assault took place at the couple's home in Livingston County. 28-year-old Stephan Lee of Burna was arrested Tuesday after his wife, Lee Ann Lee was flown from Livingston County Hospital to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville for treatment of her injuries.
Lee was taken into custody with the assistance of the Crittenden County Sheriff's Department, and was booked into the McCracken County Jail on charges of unlawful imprisonment and assault.
