Cadiz Power Outage to Impact Traffic Signals

Pennyrile Electric has a planned a power outage scheduled for their Cadiz substation this Saturday night/Sunday morning, May 18 & 19. The power outage starts at midnight Saturday and is expected to last about an hour. It will impact traffic signals in Cadiz/Trigg County.
 
During this outage crews will place temporary stop signs at traffic signals in the outage area.
 
The three intersections where traffic signals will be affected include US 68/Hopkinsville Road at Broadbent Boulevard near the I-24 Interchange, US 68 at KY 139/South Road, and 68 Business/Main Street at Lakota Drive. There are a couple of caution beacons along US 68 in the Cadiz area that may also go dark during this outage.
