Agriculture students at Calloway County High School will benefit from a grant provided by DuPont Pioneer and the National Association of Agricultural Educators aimed at training teachers and supplying equipment and resources to elevate the rigor of agriculture and science curricula.

Shown in the photo to the left are Calloway County School District administrator Tawnya Hunter, and agriculture students Logan Palmer and Wade Carter, along with agriculture teacher Jacob Falwell accepting the $5000 check from Pioneer through the DuPont Pioneer Giving Program. 

The funds will be used to purchase greenhouse supplies and materials for the Calloway County Agriculture Program. Information provided by David Dowdy, Calloway County Schools.
