According to the Marshall County Sheriff's office, on September 10 officers noticed 49-year-old Bronson Moore in a Walmart parking lot. Moore had an active warrant for his arrest.
While investigating, officers say Moore was found in possession of methamphetamine, diazepam, and alprazolam in an unmarked bottle.
Moore was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance second degree, possession of a controlled substance third degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
