Calvert City Man Dead After Sunday Shooting

A Calvert City woman is in police custody, after an apparent domestic dispute led to a shooting Sunday night.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, Rhonda Seaford shot 46-year-old Jay Seaford Sunday night at around 7 pm in the 1700 block of Horace- Barnes Road.

Police say Jay Seaford was pronounced dead at the scene. Rhonda Seaford was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

According to police, murder charges are pending.
