Car Knocks Over Tree, Blocks Ballard Highway

Kentucky Highway 121 was briefly blocked earlier this morning when a car struck a tree and the tree fell across the road.

The accident happened around 6:15 near the 6 mile marker in Ballard County, south of Wickliffe near Victory Baptist Church.

There was no immediate word of any injuries in the crash. The tree and vehicle were cleared by 7:45 a.m.
