If you live in Carlisle County and receive a call from someone asking about t-shirts, don't worry, it's not a scam.

The Carlisle County Sheriff's Office says Varsity Sports Unlimited has begun the annual t-shirt drive. This year's t-shirt is “First Responders Are Our Heroes.” According to the sheriff's office, these shirts will be given away by the sheriff's office at county events and activities.

The sheriff's office says the marketing company is legit, and that local businesses or persons may receive phone calls asking for sponsorships for the t-shirts.
