Betsy, a Kentucky certified Dispatcher, has worked for several years as a dispatcher for Carlisle County.
“We are fortunate to get a dispatcher with the training and certification that Betsy has,” said Mayor Teresa Cantrell. “We look forward to adding her to our hard-working dispatch team.”
