Deputies said a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Mickey Morehead of Clear Springs was traveling south on KY 301 when he went through the intersection of KY 58 without stopping. Morehead's vehicle then went off the road on the south side and continued approximately 75 yards through a field and into a creek.
Morehead was transported to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
