Graves County Sheriff's deputies responded to the Super 8 Motel on Links Lane to follow up on a drug tip. They said that 47-year-old Angela Cannon, and 62-year-old Michael Boatfield, were conducting illegal drug activity inside a room at the motel.
Cannon and Boatfield gave deputies consent to search the room where methamphetamine, legend drugs, syringes, pipes, and other paraphernalia were located.
They were arrested and taken to the Graves County Jail. Both are charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.
