Drugs Seized in Bardwell Narcotics Investigation

A Bardwell man faces drug charges after police say they found illegal drugs during a search of his home.

The Carlisle County Sheriff's Office said deputies served a search warrant Saturday night as part of a drug investigation at the home of Stephen "Stevie" Lemons on State Route 1591 in Bardwell.

Deputies said they found methamphetamine, marijuana and suspected synthetic drugs, as well as drug paraphernalia during the search.

Lemons was already being held in the Ballard County Detention Center when deputies searched his home.

Deputies said charges are pending.
