"Farmers Outreach" Meeting Next Week in Smithland

The Kentucky State Police/Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division is partnering with the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service to provide a ‘Farmer Outreach’ forum that will forge enhanced relationships between law enforcement and the agricultural community.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, March 1, at 7 pm, at the UK Livingston County Extension Office in Smithland.

Topics will include safety regulations, licensing requirements and driver qualifications and new legislation in effect for Kentucky farm operations.
