Four Arrested on Drug Charges in Fulton County

Four people were arrested Monday on drug and other charges, after a vehicle pursuit in Fulton County.

Fulton County Sheriff's Deputies responded Monday morning to a report of a stabbing at a home on State Route 125. The suspects had left the scene by the time deputies got there. Deputies determined that no one had actually been assaulted, but the suspects did have outstanding felony warrants. A Deputy spotted the suspects on Stateline Road and attempted to pul them over. A pursuit then began that lasted for several miles. The vehicle eventually stopped and the suspects fled on foot into a corn field. Deputies were able to capture the them after a short foot pursuit. 

Deputies searched the home on State Route 125 and reportedly found illegal drugs. 


In all, four suspects were arrested and charged with the following offenses:

39-year-old Shawn Hinrichs - operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol / drugs / etc. .08 (agg circumstances) – 3rd offense, reckless driving, failure to maintain required insurance, 1st offense, fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (motor vehicle), fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (on foot), tampering with physical evidence, drug paraphernalia – buy / possess, driving DUI suspended license – 1st offense (agg circumstances), and a Fulton County Circuit Court warrant for violation of terms and conditions of his probation.

33-year-old Monique Holmes - fleeing or evading police, 1st degree (on foot), tampering with physical evidence, drug paraphernalia – buy / possess, (2) Fulton County District Court for failure to appear, and (1) Graves County Circuit Court arrest warrant.

42-year-old Jennifer Bledsoe - drug paraphernalia – buy / possess, possession of controlled substance, 1st offense (methamphetamine), and prescription of a controlled substance not in proper container. 

53-year-old Randy McCullough - drug paraphernalia – buy / possess, possession of controlled substance, 1st offense (methamphetamine), and falsely reporting an incident.

All suspects were booked into the Fulton County Detention Center.
