BENTON, KY - Former South Marshall Middle School Principal Kent Barlow and his attorneys appeared in Marshall Circuit Court on Friday to ask Judge Dennis Foust to reconsider a no-contact order between him and the alleged victim in his case; a case that includes charges of assault, wanton endangerment, and unlawful imprisonment.
Another person wants the order rescinded as well: the victim.
Judge Foust heard that motion but said he would not enter an order at this time, citing a trial over which he'll be presiding. It begins Monday in Trigg County.
Foust said he would allow Barlow and the woman to have phone contact and attend counseling until he issues futher orders.
