MAYFIELD, KY - West Kentucky Allied Services has a new program beginning February 1 - Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Condition.

This is a free program funded by a grant administered through the Purchase Area Development District.  The six-week program will be offered in all counties in the Purchase Area. The first two classes are being held on Wednesday February 6, with a morning class at Morningside of Mayfield at 10:00 am. The afternoon class will be held at Ellis Center in Murray at 2:15 pm.

The classes will offer feedback and problem-solving on emotions, exercise, better breathing, pain and fatigue.  To reserve your place in one of these classes call 1-800-294-2731.
