Fulton Teenager Dies in Rollover Crash

A Fulton teenager died in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday.

The Fulton Police Department said the wreck happened near exit 0 on the Purchase Parkway at about 3:00 am.

Investigators say 19-year-old Matthew Hastings hit a guard rail and rolled over. Hastings was ejected from the vehicle.

Fulton City High School opened on Saturday afternoon for students to gather in memory of Hastings, who graduated from the school last year. Grief counselors were also on hand.
