A Livingston County man was arrested over the weekend on old and new charges.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says a deputy was dispatched on Saturday to a store on US 68 in reference to a person having warrants. The deputy saw the suspect and conducted a traffic stop.

As a result of the ensuing investigation, Paul Grant Lee, of Grand Rivers, was served a summons for shoplifting, a Hopkins County warrant for failure to appear, two Livingston County warrants for burglary 2nd degree, and new charges from Marshall County for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator's license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a legend drug, and prescription controlled substance not in the proper container.

He was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
