Graves County Man Arrested on Incest Charges

A Water Valley man has been arrested on incest and sodomy, among other charges.



According to the Graves County Sheriff's Department, deputies went to a home in the Pilot Oak community on a complaint of sexual abuse.  When deputies got there, they interviewed an 18 year old victim regarding the allegations.



After speaking with the victim, deputies say they contacted the county attorney to determine if there was enough evidence to charge Charles Reilly, 38 of Water Valley, on the alleged crimes.  Deputies say it "was discovered thath there was enough evidence to charge the alleged suspect."



Reilly has been charged with Incest 1st Degree, Sodomy 1st Degree, Rape 1st Degree, and Sexual Abuse 1st Degree.



Reilly was booked into the Graves County Jail without incident.
