During a traffic stop, deputies learned that the driver, 29-year-old Jonathan Cash of South 3rd Street, had a suspended operator’s license. After a field sobriety test, Cash was placed under arrest.
In a search of the vehicle, deputies found a set of digital scales with a white residue which field-tested positive for methamphetamine. Cash was charged with speeding, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, failure to produce an insurance card, DUI, possession of an open alcohol container, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
