Graves County Man Injured in One-car Crash

MAYFIELD, KY - A one-car wreck Wednesday morning in Graves County left a Sedalia man hospitalized. According to Kentucky State Police, the wreck happened at approximately 7:10 am on KY 339 at the intersection of KY 564.
Police said 36-year-old Michael Hawkins was traveling east on KY 339 when he lost control of his car and ran off the right shoulder of the roadway. Hawkins' car continued off the roadway and struck a tree.
Hawkins was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Hospital due to his injuries.
