A Graves County man is facing more than 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to two felonies.

According to Graves County Commonwealth's Attorney Richie Kemp, Austin Freeman entered guilty pleas this week in Graves Circuit Court to charges of use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance and unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or prohibited activities.

Kemp said Freeman will be sentenced to 11 years in prison.

Freeman was arrested in October of 2018 following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch. Police began investigating after they discovered Freeman communicating and exchanging photographs and videos with juveniles online.

Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized at a Symsonia home and taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination.
