Graves County authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a wanted person.

Graves County sheriff's deputies say 34-year-old Tabitha Wheeler has an active warrant for her arrest out of Graves Circuit Court for failing to comply with a monitored conditional release program.

According to deputies, Wheeler's release came after she was charged in February with four counts of assault, four counts of wanton endangerment, DUI and other charges. Deputies said those charges resulted after Wheeler was driving a car that was involved in a crash on Jan. 25. The crash seriously injured Wheeler's two children and a teenager, Corey Gentry.

Deputies allege that Wheeler was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time of the crash.

According to police, Wheeler has not been seen by family in several weeks. She most recently resided in Mayfield and Symsonia.

Wheeler is a white female with green eyes and black hair. She is 5'2” and weighs approximately 170 pounds. Deputies said Wheeler may be in the Paducah, KY or Metropolis, IL area. Anyone with information on Wheeler's whereabouts is asked to contact the Graves County Sheriff's Office, Mayfield/Graves County Crimestoppers or your local law enforcement agency.
