A Graves County man was arrested on drug and DUI charges Saturday. The Graves County Sheriff's Office responded early Saturday to the intersection of State Route 339 East and State Route 97 and found a vehicle off in a ditch.

A deputy found Dustin Jones passed out in the driver's seat. According to the police report, Jones woke up but would not answer any of the deputy's questions. Jones was asked to exit the vehicle at which time the deputy determined that he was under the influence of some type of intoxicant.

Jones was placed under arrest for DUI and while being searched, a small bag of marijuana was found inside his pocket. A search of his vehicle was conducted, in which a camera case, containing two small bags of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia, was located.

Jones was lodged in the Graves County Jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in controlled substance.
