Health Departments Provide COVID Updates

WESTERN KENTUCKY, SOUTHERN ILLINOIS - Area health departments confirmed several new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.

The Graves County Health Department reported four new case of the virus. The new case is isolating at home. This brings Graves County's total number of cases to 692. 

The Marshall County Health Department reported seven new cases. All of the new cases are isolating at home. This brings Marshall County's total number of cases to 249.

The Calloway County Health Department announced eleven new cases. This brings Calloway County's total number of cases up to 498.

The Purchase District Health Department said they have received notification of fourteen new cases. The new cases include nine in McCracken County, three in Fulton County, and one new case in Ballard and Carlisle Counties.

The Pennyrile District Health Department reported eighteen new cases and one new death. The new cases include six in Caldwell County, one new case in Crittenden and Livingston Counties, two new cases in Lyon County, and eight new cases in Trigg County.

The Southern Seven Health Department announced eighteen new cases. The new cases include two in Alexander county, four in Hardin County, three in Johnson and Pulaski Counties, and six in Union County. This brings the total number of cases across the Southern Seven region to 965.
