According to WKDZ Kimberly McCarley was indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury Friday for second-degree forgery.
McCarly allegedly forged the name of a woman on a bank document without her permission on June 22, 2016.
McCarley has served on the City Council since 2009 and represents Ward 2.
