I-24 Westbound Lanes Closed in Lyon County

The westbound lanes of Interstate 24 are closed at the 46 mile marker in Lyon County. Two semis have reportedly jackknifed there.

Keith Todd with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says Kentucky State Police are attempting to clear traffic to allow a couple of snow plows to make their way through the area to assist with removal of the trucks.

All westbound lanes are blocked at this time.  Estimated duration is 2 hours. Eastbound traffic is still moving.
