GILBERTSVILLE, KY - This year's Poker Run on Kentucky Lake & Lake Barkley will be held on September 8th. Each player will purchase a "ticket" for $20 and have it stamped at participating sponsors. You may go to the sponsors by boat, car, motorcycle, etc. You can start at 8 am and take all day. Check in at Kentucky Dam Marina between 8 am and 4 pm to draw your hand. Once the ticket is stamped by each sponsor, head back to Kentucky Dam Marina where you will be met by the "dealer". They will give you a card for each stamp you received. then you make the best five-card poker hand. Winners with the top five hands, win.

The best hand will receive $1000; 2nd - $750; 3rd - $500; 4th - $250; and 5th - $100. The proceeds collected from the players will be given to the Family Resource Centers in Lyon, Livingston and Marshall Counties. Prize money is paid from Sponsorships.
