The final defendant charged in a Hopkinsville sexual assault case has accepted a plea agreement.

News outlets report that 22-year-old Dayton Jones on Monday pleaded guilty to first-degree sodomy, first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Jones was sentenced to 15 years in prison with eligibility for parole and must register as a sex offender.

Jones and three other defendants were accused in the sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy at an Oct. 2014 house party in Christian County. Prosecutors say the boy was unconscious when he was sexually assaulted, resulting in severe internal injuries. According to police reports, the assault was recorded on cellphone video and shared on social media.

The three other defendants accepted plea agreements from the prosecution.
