Livingston Deputy Davis Promoted to Sergeant

Livingston County Sheriff's Deputy Irvin Davis has been promoted to the rank of sergeant.  

Davis is a three-year veteran of the department, and Chief Deputy Devin Brewer said has excelled at any assignment or task given to him.  
Brewer said Davis has strong leadership and organizational skills that will continue to make him a vital asset to the Sheriff's Office.

Sergeant Davis began his new duties on Sunday.  He lives in Ledbetter.
