The Livingston County Sheriff's Department conducted an investigation, and arrested 46-year-old Jonathan D. Starczewski at his home. He is charged one count of sodomy third degree (felony) and two counts of sexual abuse 1st degree (felony), after he allegedly had sexual contact with two girls, one under 15-years-old, and another under 14-years-old.
He was interviewed by investigators and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
