A Madisonville man arrested Sunday night in Graves County is not who he said he was. Graves County sheriff's deputies arrested three Madisonville residents Sunday night on DUI and drug-related charges. One of the men claimed to be 33-year-old David Fox.

Deputies said the man used a driver's license with Fox's name and information at the time of his arrest, but was later identified by his fingerprints as 33-year-old Alan Pettus of Madisonville. According to deputies, he is a convicted felon currently out on bond from another county for trafficking in a controlled substance.

Pettus now faces charges of theft of identity, two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and two counts of carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He remains in the Graves County Jail.
