Man Arrested on Drug Charges in Livingston County

A man was arrested on Thursday night after a traffic stop in Smithland.

At around 10:00 pm, Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies stopped an ATV riding on the street. They identified the driver as 30-year-old Robert Mallory. 

Mallory was charged with operating an ATV on roadway, possession of controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine, and operating a motor vehicle without a drivers license. 

He was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
