A Murray man faces drug and stolen property charges after police searched a Calloway County home Thursday morning.
The Calloway County Sheriff's Department said deputies along with Kentucky State Police troopers executed a search warrant Thursday morning at a home on Clayton Road in Murray. Deputies said a large amount of stolen property was found inside the home. A class III firearm and explosive device components were also reportedly found in the home, as were 6.9 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana.
Police arrested 40-year-old David W. Bugden of Murray. He is charged with meth trafficking, receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He may also face federal weapons charges.
Bugden was booked into the Calloway County Detention Center where he is being held on $10,000 cash bond.
