Man Charged as Non-Compliant Sex Offender

Authorities have charged a man living in Marshall County with failing to register as a sex offender.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says U.S. Marshalls contacted them Friday morning about a possible unregistered sex offender living in the area. Detectives said they responded to Ken Bar Inn shortly after noon and arrested 18-year-old Noah Quinn, who had been living there since December. Detectives also reportedly verified Quinn was a registered sex offender in Texas.

Quinn was charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration and taken to the Marshall County Jail.
