The Benton Police Department says Williams turned himself in at the police department early Thursday morning without incident. Williams was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Detention Center.
Police say Williams is wanted for violation of bond conditions, and also for questioning in connection with the death of 54-year-old Billy J. Lee.
Lee was found dead inside his Benton home on Saturday, Dec. 1. Two friends reportedly found Lee dead in the
living room.
The investigation into Lee's death continues.
