Marshall County Crash Leads to DUI Arrest

A crash Wednesday in Marshall County led to a woman's arrest on DUI and other charges.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says a deputy responded to a collision on Big Bear Highway, where he made contact with Jessica Whitaker. The deputy determined that Whitaker was driving under the influence.

Whitaker was arrested and charged with DUI second offense, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify address change to department of transportation, and failure to maintain required insurance. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Deputies did not report any injuries in the crash.
