Marshall County Deputy Nathan Maxlow responded to the call about a possible impaired driver, and spoke to 18-year-old Shelby J. Farmer, who smelled strongly of alcohol. Farmer did not have his driver's license, and his current address did not match the identification card he provided.  Farmer admitted to drinking and driving earlier in the day. He was arrested and charged with DUI under the age of 21, failure to carry license, and failure to change address on license.

Farmer was taken to Marshall County Detention Center.
