Asphalt paving is ongoing along a number of highways in Marshall County. Work began June 10.

Highways scheduled for paving include:

US 68/Paducah-Aurora Road between the intersection with KY 962 and the Jonathan Creek Bridge, a distance of 4.48 miles.

KY 348/Symsonia Highway from near Walters Road, working eastward to Phelps Road, a distance of 1.32 miles.

KY 402/Aurora Highway from the Clarks River Bridge to the intersection with KY 962, a distance of 0.30 miles.

The crew plans to start on US 68 on Monday morning, then move to the other highways. Drivers should watch for one-lane traffic with alternating flow controlled by flaggers.

Work is expected to be finished by June 21, weather permitting.
