Marshall County Woman Arrested; Charged with Theft

Deputies in Marshall County say an 18-year-old girl took jewelry from a home on Dillard Bailey Road then allegedly pawned it at SouthSide Pawn in Paducah.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says the items that they believe 18-year-old Anastasia P. Deans of Benton took were confirmed to be at the Paducah area pawn shop.

Deputies say Paducah Police then obtained a warrant for Deans regarding the charge of Receiving Stolen Property.

The warrant was served and Deans allegedly admitted to deputies that she took the jewelry.

Deputies say Deans was also questioned about a stolen laptop from another residence in which she also allegedly admitted to stealing.

Deans has been charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking $500 or more but Under $10,000.
