HARDIN, KY - A Marshall County man is charged with second-degree burglary following a break-in Sunday in Hardin.
Witnesses report seeing a man later identified as 26-year-old Craig A. Thompson of Hardin looking into the window of a home on Murray Highway whose owners were not home. He then walked to the garage area when witnesses say they entered the home and allegedly found Thompson hiding underneath a bed. He fled through a window, crossing 4th Street and Jeffrey Street before running into a field.
Thompson was reportedly found hiding in the back room of another home in Hardin and taken into custody.
