After several field sobriety tests, Pittman was arrested for DUI and reckless driving. A search of the vehicle revealed a set of digital scales and a glass pipe. According to police, the scales had a white substance on them that later field tested positive for methamphetamine and the pipe had apparent burnt residue from marijuana.
Pittman was additionally charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
