Mayfield Man Arrested on Meth, Tampering Charges

GRAVES COUNTY - A Mayfield man is facing
methamphetamine and other charges.
According to the Mayfield Police
Department, 34-year-old Timothy Davis was arrested on Tuesday, after
officers responded to a report of two people arguing near Windhaven
Apartments. Police found Davis in a wooded area with a woman.
Officers say Davis was seen throwing a
bag into some bushes. A syringe containing methamphetamine was
allegedly found near the bag. Davis was also found to have a parole
violation warrant out of Graves County.
Davis was arrested and transported to
the Graves County Jail. He's charged with possession of meth,
possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical
evidence. He was addistionally charged with the parole violation
warrant.
