According to the Mayfield Police Department, officers responded to McDonald’s on a report of an intoxicated man driving his vehicle through the drive-thru. Police said the man, 56-year-old Jerry D. Jones of Farmington, was determined to be under the influence of drugs or medication.
Jones was placed under arrest for DUI. Officers found a small bag of methamphetamine in Jones' vehicle. Jones was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine.
He was lodged in the Graves County Jail.
